Tammie is truly one of the best managers you could ask for. She brings such a fun, positive energy to the Jupiter office and makes it a place you genuinely enjoy coming to. She is always coming up with great ideas, finding ways to keep everyone engaged, and creating an atmosphere where the whole team feels supported. What really sets Tammie apart is that she is always there when you need her. Whether you have a question, need help working through something, or just need a little motivation, she makes the time and is always willing to help. She has a great way of encouraging people, keeping everyone motivated, and making work fun at the same time. Tammie is a huge part of what makes Illustrated Properties Jupiter such a great office. Jody White works diligently to keep the office flowing smoothly. She is prompt in responses to help or advise. She has proven she can temporarily wear a couple of hats during the reception transition. She steps up to a lot of responsibility., She has flowed through all the changes in systems etc encouraging agents to get on board.

I am absolutely so thrilled that I joined this Office! Marc is the best broker I’ve ever worked with. He’s real, honest, personable, and always picks up the phone.!!!!! Jill is amazing. I love Illustrated Properties and am very happy to be with this company. I do hear of many friends with other companies that have more streamlined help with marketing, assistant work and their behind the scenes work from their marketing dept and company provided staff resources. However, overall I am very pleased here and appreciate and like all the new tools, programs, rejig, and new items being rolled out. It is hard to keep up, keep training and learning all the new and available stuff when we are so busy as Agents already. Any help or options available regarding my ideas in #10 above would be so greatly appreciated and could help me be even more productive freeing up so much time. I am open to discuss anytime. I know I have already mentioned these items many times as well and met with Mandie and Marketing about these suggestions and met with Erika Carr when she was here as well about them. Happy to be with Illustrated Properties and I hope to have many more successful years here and I love and appreciate all the new tools that keep being introduced. :)

Anderson has been such a huge help to me. There have been so many times where he has honestly been my saving grace, helping me through challenging situations and always pointing me in the right direction. I feel really comfortable going to him with questions because I know he'll take the time to help, and I never feel like I'm bothering him. I really look up to him and appreciate how knowledgeable he is. Having someone like Anderson to learn from has made a big difference in my confidence and growth, and I'm so grateful for everything he does. In addition, our admin Amanda is incredible. She is always there to help, so responsive, and somehow always knows the answer or finds one. Between Anderson and Amanda, they've truly been my lifeline. I appreciate them both more than they probably realize, and my team and our office are so lucky to have them.

Susan has always been so supportive, informed and helpful since I came to this office from W Palm Beach. A true gem! Our new admin, Maria, is also top notch...espcially after the last admin who wasvery sweet but did little. Susan had to pick up the lack then, without complaint. She and Maira are great office teAm leaders!

I've had the pleasure of working with Jason on the purchase of two homes, and I can confidently say he's one of the best in the business. I wouldn't trust anyone else. He communicates every step of the way and genuinely looks out for his clients. He goes above and beyond to make sure the process is as smooth as possible and is always available when you need him.
