I had chosen IP b/c of Jody - no other reason - well, there was the Forbes name partnership, as well, but Jody is the primary reason. I have had less than stellar experiences with mentors since being at IP, but Jody steps up to the plate every time, always doing what I need and helping or finding those who can. She's awesome in terms of her support of me. I value her as a person and my mentor at this point, but she's been a good manager overall. Thankful for her!
